Experience in formulation and design of management & monitoring information systems as well as reporting against key performance indicators. Exceptional communication skills. As well as experience in handling logistical and HR dynamics of business unit reengineering. Experience in development of strategic direction within management teams.
Proven track record in planning, building and growing successful ecommerce businesses and systems; solid background and understanding of core areas of electronic and direct marketing methodologies as well as e-CRM and database development.
Experience working with multi disciplinary teams on long-term implementation of company wide business critical systems. This has provided exposure to many of today's leading business software packages. In addition, work on rolling out proprietary package outputs into enterprise wide business solutions like SAP and Data Warehouses on the Oracle and SQL Server 2000 platforms using transact SQL provided a good insight and understanding of more complex business solutions and database structures.
Most recent projects for UMK and Umgeni water have seen Stuart providing a strategic support rol to the executive of these organizations at a portfolio and programme level. Work has included funding proposals, support with board proposals and submissions, interfacing multi departmental resources and strategic decision support.
